On September 27, 2010 Research In Motion (RIM) announced the beginning of the research for the new BlackBerry PlayBook and it does not yet have a specified release date.

The BlackBerry PlayBook will be a PC in tablet format. The main specs will be: a seven inch LCD screen, 1GB RAM, a 1GHZ CortexA-9 dual processor and it will weight approximately 0.9lbs. It will have as connectivity features WI-FI and bluetooth.

The BlackBerry PlayBook has several features that will make it very popular once released. The operating system used will be the Blackberry Tablet OS and will be the first device to use this system. It will have two built in cameras, 5 mega pixel from rear and 3 mega pixel from from front view and shows 1080p HD video playback and plays back different files such as WMV, DivX and MPEG. In what concerns to the audio it will plays back different files as well.

Finally, there is future mention for the BlackBerry PlayBook to be release in both a 3G and 4G model.

At the end is another iPad rival.

A good idea is something sacred, something that is not instantaneous, it’s not like snap the fingers and it pops out.

A creative person is someone who has a greater capability of having good ideas, but they must be constantly informed about everything that is happening around the world. The information in mass is what triggers good ideas. If a creative person is not aware, everything that came in to their mind would be a good idea.

So, much knowledge and logical reasoning is, in my point of view, a great help to having good ideas.

Google Instant Search is the latest search innovation from the world’s most popular search engine, Google. The new Google Instant Search offers an intuitive interface that tries to predict what the user will type and shows them relevant search results as they are typing. This saves time since the user can click on the search result that are displayed as soon as they appear rather than waiting until they have typed the entire search query and hit enter.

By enabling people to see results as they type, Google Instant search allows users to change their queries if the results they are seeing don’t match what they are looking for. This saves time because they no longer have to do two or three separate searches and wait for the results to load just to discover that their search query was too broad.

Google Instant Search speeds up searches by approximately 2-5 seconds for each search. However, not everyone can use it. Google has started by releasing the new search interface to seven counties. Those who live elsewhere will have to wait to try out this new form of search. Users on slow Internet connections also cannot use the Google Instant Search interface.

A website design should captivate the visitor’s attention but be easy to use. A search box should be placed for easy navigation and searches, if possible, should not turn up long lists of info to go through but to a simple link or page. People that find the usability of a site too hard will leave without buying and will not return.

Creating the perfect balance between design and usability does not have to be hard. You can make an impact without being over complicated.

On September 15th, 2010, at an event in London, HTC unveiled its brand new mobile phone. The HTC Desire HD. The HTC Desire HD has an aluminum outer casing and will have the new 2.2 version of the Android operating system for mobile phones.

The Desire HD will be the very first phone to have the 1 GHZ Scorpion CPU, and will also have longer talk time, better battery life, and 1.5 GB of internal memory along with a memory card slot that will handle a microSDHC card up to 32GB.

Although the HTC Desire HD won’t be available for retail purchases or pre-order until October 11th, 2010, the buzz around the phone is already noticeable. The camera on the HTC Desire HD will be 8 MP and will have HD video recording capabilities, and a feature called Geotagging. Geotagging is the feature where you can add geographical information to pictures, videos and websites. The Desire HD will also have Wi-Fi capabilities, as well as Bluetooth connectivity and will surf the web at 3G speeds.

I have the first launched HTC Desire and i’m enjoying it very much. Apart from the internal memory of 1.5GB i think that this HD version is not so much greater than the first one.

Search engine optimization simply known as SEO isn’t as intimidating as the name implies. SEO is all about keywords. Search engines use keywords to to direct traffic to websites. If you use the wrong keywords you wont get the desired traffic or exposure for your website, blog or content. SEO uses keywords that are specific to a site and helps rank a site with search engines. You want to have your site listed on the first page that a search engine pulls up as most people will not search past the first page.

On September 1st, 2010, Apple unveiled its new version of their iPod Touch. The 4G iPod Touch was released for pre-order and retail sales on September 8th, 2010.

The new Apple iPod Touch has HD video recording capabilities, which is one of the main features that differ between the third generation and the new version. It also has 2 different cameras, one rear-facing, which is used for taking photos and HD videos, and a front facing camera, which is used for another new feature: FaceTime.

The Apple iPod Touch 4G has FaceTime built into the device. FaceTime is the feature where you can video conference anyone with an Apple iPod Touch or an Apple iPhone that has the same capability. Another cool feature for the new Apple iPod Touch is it has a built in microphone. So now, instead of having to buy headphones that have a microphone for about $40-50, the new 4G already come equipped with one.
